National (Cross-Country): 4 to 10 business days.

Expedited/Priority: 1 to 3 business days.

International: 10 to 21 days. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees charged upon delivery.

Shipping costs — Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free Shipping over $75.

Order tracking — You will receive a tracking number once your order is in the hands of the courier. If you haven't received one after 3 business days, please contact us.

Lost or damaged packages — If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days with photos or proof of the issue and we'll make it right with a full refund or replacement.
